Charles B. Harris

 About Charles Harris

A founder of the firm, Charles Harris had more than five decades of legal experience. His practice focused on oil and gas law. He represented both landowners and operators in matters involving leasing, joint operations, titles and conveyancing, production purchases, and energy financing. He also assisted clients with estate planning and probate matters. He was board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.

Charles had extensive contacts in his areas of practice. He was a member of the Texas Title Examination Standards Editorial Board. He was past chairman of both the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law section of the State Bar of Texas and the Oil and Gas Advisory Commission of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
